You don't need a network connection to run SmartBench, files can be transferred via USB. We do recommend that you periodically connect to a network ensure the consoleis running the latest software.
Should you have problems gaining access to your work or school network, the console can connect to your mobile phone when in hotspot mode. Have no fear, the file size of the updates are small!
