Closed for Christmas & New Years
Christmas is fast approaching, and this year it will bring with it a well deserved break for everyone here at Yeti! We will be closed for the holidays from 23/12/2020 until' 03/01/2021.
This will of course mean we will only be able to provide limited support to customers over that period. We would ask that if you are submitting a support ticket, you ensure that you have attached as much information as possible - most important being videos and images of the problem. This will avoid us needed to request more information when the ticket is picked up, and will help us to ensure a swift resolution.
