With our latest software update comes a brand new way of activating your SmartBench and kickstarting your warranty period (all SmartBenches are sold with a 1 year warranty).
NOTE: This does not apply to existing users
Activation is simple. SmartBench will prompt its new owner to sign into our website and let us know their place of purchase, SmartBench serial number and some basic details. These details are used purely to indicate when a user has begun using their machine and will never be used for marketing purposes.
This new process is not relevant to existing SmartBench users, but will streamline our registration procedure for new customers. It will apply to any machine with a serial number from YS60645.
