What is FileZilla for?

FileZilla can be used to send job files directly to the SmartBench console from your computer via your Wi-Fi network.

It can also be used to organize files into folders on the SmartBench console, which can make it easier to manage jobs and workflows.

This tutorial will show you how to set up FileZilla, and then how to use it to transfer and organize files.

There are many programs that can transfer files over a local Wi-Fi network, or help us to manage file systems on another computer (such as the one used to control SmartBench).

FileZilla is a free, powerful, and safe program that we can use to do both.

What do you need?

  • A Wi-Fi network.

  • SmartBench must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
Click here to learn how to connect your SmartBench console to a Wi-Fi network.

  • FileZilla needs to be installed on your computer. FileZilla will work on all operating systems (PC, Mac and Linux). Click “Next” to learn more about installing FileZilla.
