You don't need a network connection to run SmartBench, files can be transferred via USB when required.
To transfer files via USB, please see instructions in the console user manual here.
We do recommend that you periodically connect to a network ensure your SamrtBench software is up to date. You can also update via USB, instructions on how to do this can be found in the console user manual here.
