New Yeti Pilot profiles - Solid Surface

3 new profiles to cut Solid Surface with a range of cutters.

The cutter options for solid surface are:

  • 3 mm 1 flute upcut spiral

  • 6 mm 1 flute upcut spiral

  • 8 mm 1 flute upcut spiral

Technical

These are the more technical changes that we have put into this release. While they are important for improving SmartBench, there’s definitely some programming jargon in this section!

New keyboard module

The default keyboard has been replaced with a custom keyboard module that can use any layout (e.g. Korean characters)

Updated localisation module

Fonts, markup, and text character counts have been systematised and standardised to work with new Korean fonts.

Additional packages to support Korean

These packages ensure that Korean characters combine as needed when typed into text input boxes.

These packages will only be installed if the SmartBench Console is updating over Wi-Fi. If they are not installed, Korean characters will not combine when typed into the Console.

Updated visual tests

Screen tests have been extended to cover more of the codebase, and improved for ease of testing.
