Smartbench operating ranges

Smartbench operating ranges

Operating temperature range;

We do have customers who operate at higher and lower temperatures, however, there MAY be some effect on the accuracy of the finished parts at more extreme temperatures due to the different rates of expansion and contraction between the different materials used to make a SmartBench.

Continuous running of Smartbench;

Continuous running time is limited by the size of the extraction bag (needs to be replaced or emptied) or the life of the spindle brushes.

As long as you have a large enough extraction bag and life in the spindle brushes SmartBench will happily run and run. Of course for safety reasons there would need to be an operator in the area where SmartBench is running at all times.
