The Smartbench Console uses a touchscreen interface
The touch screen is used to control all command functions which direct the movement of the various SmartBench elements.
If the touchscreen is unresponsive. The Console screen will need to be replaced. If you are in warranty please contact us through the Support Ticket system and we will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible. Should this occur outside of the warranty cover period, then we supply these Raspberry Pi 7" Touch Screen's direct on our website if you would like to purchase from ourselves along with a guide on how to swap this out
