How to check machine version number
Your SmartBench will need to be V1.3
In the console menu, use the arrow buttons to scroll through until you see the System Tools button.
Press the System Tools button
Press the “System Info” button.
SmartBench’s system information will be displayed on the screen with an example v1.3 compatible machine
If you are stuck with finding out if you machine is compatible please submit a support ticket
Check your software version number
In order to complete this check you will need to have software version v2.2.1 or higher
