Inaccuracy on Distances on the X and Y axis

Is your SmartBench cutting either too short or too long in the Y axis?

A: Too long

B: Target

C: Too short

D: Stock material

If your SmartBench shows this symptom then you will need to: 

  • Service your Lower X Beam wheels and pinions,  click here to learn how to set wheels and click here for pinion checks 

Is your SmartBench cutting either too short or too long in the X axis?

E: Spoilboard

F: Stock material

G: Cut too short

H: Target cut

I: Cut too long

If your SmartBench shows this symptom then you will need to: 

  • Service your Z Head wheels and pinions, click here to learn more about setting wheels and click here for pinion checks
