BigFoot Beta troubleshooting

This article will discuss the troubleshooting actions you can take if you incur a problem after installing BigFoot.

After installing BigFoot on your SmartBench if you face any issues then go through the following procedures: 

 

  • Go through the BigFoot beta installation guide article again thoroughly.

  • Make sure your power connections are correctly connected and are switched on.

Troubleshooting

Machine turned off

If your machine is showing symptoms for example, SmartBench is pausing a job or turning the spindle off. This is likely to be caused by static build up along the hose. Check both the ends of the hose are properly earthed.
